The Body Builders Marquee at Walthamstow Garden Party was a fantastic success! Despite the heat, the people came in droves and crafted with us. We want to say a big thank you to everyone involved and helped us to bring it all together on the day.

Special thanks to The Stow Brothers for their generous support, Create Jobs, the Transforming Spaces team and set designer Katie Fotis for all of their hard work in delivering the event including the hugely popular photobooth, and Barbican Centre for inviting us to take part in such a fantastic weekend.

Not to mention all of our makers who delivered the eight fun and playful activities over the weekend: Laura Blake, Lola Lely, Christina French, Scribble and Smudge, Queenie and Ted, Made By Ore, Patrick King, and Enrique Melin.

So whether you came and made some wings, turned your face into a blooming beard or a tri-plane, walked on bamboo stilts, journeyed through the jungle like an ape, mesmerised your eyes by googly specs, turned your feet into hooves or swished through the park with a new tail… we thank you for taking part and making it a fun and memorable weekend!
