We’re delighted to be having back to the workshop blues loving guitar makers Tom Drummond and Pat Hammett of Drummond & Hammett to lead a special one day workshop to craft your own traditional cigar box blues guitar. The grand-daddies of the delta blues Blind Willie Johnson, Lightnin’ Hopkins, Jimi Hendrix and Hound Dog Taylor (to name but a few) founded the movement on homemade instruments, and thus spawned ‘the blues’ from a time of hardship and economic depression. Today musicians like Seasick Steve…
