We had a great time in the sun opening up for the E17 Art Trail. There were activities to get everyone making from yo yo’s to horse headed steel coat hooks, and a chance to swing in the sunshine under Will Cruickshank’s fabulous horse box bar. Not to mention the opening night of our ‘Take a Mallet to a Pallet’ exhibition, which is now open and runs until the 20th July.
An intrigued visitor looks into the future with Rob Shaer’s amazing pallet telescope!
Above is the winning entry for ‘best craftsmanship’ from the pallet challenge which went to Stefan Woodward and his incredible folding table.
Proud owners of synchronised etchings made on Will Cruikshank’s incredible Swing Harmonograph drawing machine.
And visitors to all three of the Blackhorse Trek venues (Blackhorse Lane Studios, Made by Ore & Blackhorse Workshop) picked up a different component at each venue to combine into an award winning rosette for going the distance!
And finally time for an espresso martini and the chance to bask in a glorious summer evening.
