New to the Shop: Limited Edition Mason London Print

Some of you may be familiar with our captivating print of the workshop in our reception. It is a fantastic illustration by renowned artist Mason London aka Joe Prytherch of a cross-section of the workshop and cafe. The piece was commissioned by Assemble in 2017 for their solo retrospective show at AZW in Vienna.

Joe Prytherch has been producing illustrations and animation for over ten years. The self-taught artist was formerly the Art Director for online music platform Boiler Room before dedicating himself fulltime to illustrating. His distinctive work can be seen worldwide from album artwork to creating visuals for major brands like Nike and Red Bull. Joe’s work is still heavily influenced by the music scene, working with artists such as Dua Lipa,  Kamaal Williams, Kiefer and Lily Allen.

His animations are detailed and familiar of the urban genres they represent, from pizza boxes in a teenager’s bedroom to subway rides in New York. Joe’s signature style is reflected in the Blackhorse Workshop print, presenting a unique opportunity to own a Mason London artwork.

The A1 print was made by Calverts Coop on 170gsm Offset paper. You can buy your numbered copy from the Blackhorse Workshop Store.
